Totalitarianism — take notes!
Read the article "Auschwitz" and write one response paragraph. This is due tomorrow.

Discuss the reading from yesterday: what are the mechanisms of control?
Totalitarianism activity: with a partner and using the ten steps to totalitarianism, devise a FICTITIOUS plan to take over part of the school. Keep it light-hearted!
Homework: read "You and the Atomic Bomb" and find 5 words with which you are unfamiliar. Try to determine meaning from context and then check the definition in a dictionary.
